HEALTHYLIF – SMOOTHIE

Try Variations with: Kale, spinach, fruit, ice, kelp, seaweed, & wheat grass

1. Take 12-40 chlorella (Broken Wall Chlorella )
2. Add 2 tbs ground organic flax seeds
3. filtered 8 0z H20
4. 1/2 cup greek plain yogurt- optional or try 1/2 c. pomegranate juice
5. 10-12 fresh or frozen strawberries, or any fresh or frozen fruit-ice cubes optional
6. 2 tbs. wheat germ
7. 2 tbs. ground chia seeds
8. 1 very ripe bannana
9. organic wild atlanic wakame (seaweed)
